River City Youth Soccer League (RCYSL) is comprised of seven recreational clubs and one competitive club representing neighborhoods throughout Sacramento County.  Union Sacramento FC, as the competitive club for River City Youth Soccer League, selects players to compete at a higher skill level.

RCYSL is affiliated with the California Youth Soccer Association (Cal North) for the recreational programs and Cal North and US Club for the competitive program.  These affiliation organizations are themselves affiliated with the United States Youth Soccer (USYS), the United States Soccer Federation (USSF), and the Federational Internationale de Football Association (FIFA).

RCYSL is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit California Corporation supported through player registration fees and donations.  Our goal is to provide an opportunity for youth players of all skill levels to participate in soccer programs.

Union Sacramento FC draws players from the greater Sacramento area, including (but not limited to) the following recreational soccer clubs:
